Stellar Mixed-Use Property Project

The Stellar mixed-use project is located in the Crown Mine area in the South of Johannesburg. The project encompasses two phases of the Stellar Mall, which will feature 460 shops in two phases; the Stellar Park, with 140 warehouses; and Stellar Apartments which will feature 186 units. Currently Stellar Mall Phase I is completed with 260 shops with a total GFA of 55,000 m2.
